Job Description:
We're seeking a tech-minded Business Systems Analyst with accounting background for our client. This hybrid role, based in the Bay Area, offers the perfect balance of remote and on-site work. If you have one to three years of experience in financial systems and accounting, along with user experience in SAP FICO, and are looking for a full-time career with growth opportunities, we want to hear from you! This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the potential to grow into a higher-level role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems, focusing on SAP FICO.
- Assist in the analysis and documentation of business processes and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
- Participate in system testing and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for financial systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- One to three years of experience in financial systems and accounting.
- User experience with SAP FICO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Career-minded with a desire to grow into a management position.
- Must reside in the Bay Area and be able to work on-site as required.
