Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in C#, .NET Core, Blazor, and Xamarin/MAUI to join our growing team in Centennial, CO. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software projects.
Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using C#, .NET Core, Blazor, Xamarin/MAUI, and other relevant technologies.
Lead and mentor junior members of the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical requirements.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the development process.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software applications as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development.
Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Blazor, Xamarin/MAUI, and other relevant technologies.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.
