**Digital Media Sales Assistant**
Austing, TX The sales assistant is responsible for maintaining existing client relationships. A successful sales assistant will leverage their communication skills to be a point person for our brand relationships.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Work closely with the sales team facilitating client needs
Maintain relationships with brands
Ensure the achievement of timelines, schedules, and deadlines
Respond to RFPs in a timely manner
Prepare sales proposals for client campaigns
Collaborate with talent coordinators

**Excellent communication skills, both written and oral**
**Manage multiple priorities in an efficient and transparent manner**
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
A good memory for remembering data and details.
Advanced computer and typing skills.
Desire to work in a fast-paced job environment.
**Requirements**
Bachelors degree -Required
2-3 years minimum experience in client facing business
** 2-3 years Experience with social media. Must have knowledge and be familiar with YouTube and Instagram - Required**
Advanced knowledge Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
MUST have excellent communication skills and be equally comfortable with both in-person and phone client interactions.
Compensation: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
