hrQ is currently working with an amazing non-profit organization in LA to help find them a part-time (20ish hours/week) HR professional for a long-term contract role. This organization is rooted deeply in the arts and the community, and someone with a passion for both is desired!
This role is part-time, with some onsite needs. Mostly the role can be done remotely. They need someone with strong HR administrator skills, attention to detail, HR knowledge and HRIS experience (UKG preferred).
Because this role is long-term part-time, a strong preference would be for selected candidate to also want part time long-term.
The hourly rate would be in the $30-40/hr range based on experience.
