**Description**
NewcrestImage is hiring a Food & Beverage Attendant for our Hyatt Place OKC Bricktown property.

**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Report to work when scheduled, on time, in proper and clean uniform, including name tag. Personal appearance and grooming must conform with hotel and brand standards.
* Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to a manager immediately. Handle all duties according to hotel policies and procedures.
* Welcome and acknowledge all guests with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly, verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.
* Take guests' orders and communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
* Prepare food, coffee, and other beverages, including alcohol, prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
* Provide assistance in all areas, including bussing, cleaning and resetting tables, delivering food to guests, general cleaning of food and beverage prep areas, and other areas within the hotel public space.
* Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.
* At all times strive to represent the Company and hotel brand in the most professional manner.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
