We are seeking a Director of Development to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the right hand to the VP of Development, playing a crucial role in shaping the development strategy and overseeing project development. You'll be at the forefront of their mission to develop, construct, own, and operate community solar projects, including innovative dual-use projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Development to develop and execute the development strategy.
- Oversee project organization and tracking, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Provide hands-on development support when needed, leveraging your expertise to drive projects forward.
- Coach and mentor junior developers, helping to upskill and develop their talents.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in solar project development, with a strong understanding of project management and strategy.
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
