Responsibilities


  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers based on trust and respect.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact to communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Forecast and monitor key account metrics monthly/quarterly/annually (e.g. sales plan, results, and forecasts).
  • Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes and prepare reports on the status of accounts and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate customer need fulfillment.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Resolve complaints and/or conflicts in a timely manner and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Identify and gather industry and competitor trends.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Typically requires 3 to 5 years of related experience, having gained exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite and proficiency in PowerPoint
  • English and Korean language and writing skills preferred
