Job Details
The Shipping Specialist is responsible for successfully managing the day-to-day operations of the
Shipping Department for Packaging Systems.
Leads by example, safety and accountability are a fundamental responsibility of each team
member.
Ensures safe and healthful working conditions and an organized work environment.
Support the Vision, Mission & Values, and operational Programs.
Accurately process and complete parts orders without supervision
Operate a lift truck in a safe manner
Respond appropriately to customer demands
Deliver parts and packages to designated areas in a timely manner
Schedule pickup and delivery of merchandise by common carriers
Other duties assigned by Management as needed
Work collaboratively with internal customers and teams to ensure operational efficiencies and
working towards performance excellence
Review daily shift notes to prioritize and plan workload for next day
