**Night Shift Warehouse Manager**

We are currently hiring an experienced Business Unit Leader for our site in Mehoopany, PA! Night Shift Manager (12 hour rotating shift): Provides direction to staff on company targets, meet or exceed KPI targets. Leads staff in key initiatives related to Safety, Quality Control and Production to achieve results. Develop area leaders to manage day to day activities Manage Production budget and make appropriate changes to stay within budget Review and work with HR on issuing disciplinary actions based on performance Ensure all tasks are completed within the guidelines of company SOPs Identify cost savings and process improvements Oversee safety protocols and provide direction to eliminate accidents Oversee training Manage teambuilding and development activities for team members Develop and lead a team oriented work force Required Qualifications: High school diploma 2 years of warehouse and production floor related experience Cost savings, process improvement Employee development Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Desired (but not required) Qualifications: Associate Degree (Business, Engineering, related field) 5 years of warehouse and production floor related experience Experience with inventory tracking Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices facility Spreadsheet and RTCIS or similar system knowledge
