Opportunity:
Our client, the technology unit, of a global multi-billion manufacturer, is seeking to hire a COMMERCIAL COUNSEL with 4-5+ years of experience. Position is fully remote. Strong preference for west coast states. Incredibly supportive and collaborative culture.
The Job:
Successful candidate will provide counsel across all business functions with a focus on the Americas. Emphasis will be on supporting Sales and Marketing teams and will involve a lot of developing and implementing strategies. A lot of interaction with other members of legal as well as business managers and executives.
Negotiating, drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements
Will also provide counsel on antitrust, internal investigations, compliance, IP, data and security and other issues that come up day-day
What you will bring:
3 + years of experience, at least some in-house is preferred. Preference will be those who have worked for another global manufacturer.
Experience supporting sales and marketing teams is preferred.
Some M&A experience would be great.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast moving industry with quarterly deadlines. Never a dull moment.
