Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support marketing business units in developing and executing marketing strategies, go-to-market plans to increase brand awareness and drive growth.
  • Work collaborative with marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with marketing leads, product development and consumer insight teams to develop comprehensive brand positionings, messaging and creative executions that prioritize customer acquisition, retention, and growth, putting the consumer at the forefront.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to achieve acquisition targets and brand health goals.
  • Balance business objectives, stakeholder demands, and brand needs with consumer needs to deliver impactful and meaningful messages.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Support localization and customization of the brand in different regions, elevating the product value proposition and brand positioning.
  • Foster close alignment with regional leaders to create and accelerate brand growth through aligned messaging, strategies and plans.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to ensure company is at the forefront of marketing innovation.
  • Work closely with the PR and social experience team to leverage the right channels, to maximize performance.
  • Define and communicate product value proposition to deliver a compelling sell story for both customers and consumers.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimized marketing efforts.


Skills

  • Strong marketing skills, including expertise in go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, storytelling, and media planning.
  • Ability to lead both global in-house marketing and creative teams, as well as managing external agencies effectively.
  • Ability to analyze product performance data and understand features and benefits to develop compelling brand messaging that resonates with the target audience.
  • Versatility in shifting between strategy and execution to ensure high-quality execution without a predefined playbook.
  • Proactive management of multiple priorities and teams in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment, with a creative mindset to explore innovative scaling opportunities.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adapting quickly to relate and collaborate.
  • Experience in advertising and creative development across all marketing channels and content.
  • Demonstrate creativity by bringing fresh and innovative ideas to marketing initiatives and strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of marketing and brand experience with a proven record of brand transformation and direct responsibility for brand strategy, messaging, and positioning.
  • Previous experience as the voice of the consumer and leveraging consumer insights to develop strong brand campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience with global teams is preferred.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C environments is preferred.
