How Will You Make a Difference?

  • Partner with department leadership on the firm's employee wellness program, including strategic development and execution of programming ideas.
  • Monitor changes and maintain compliance related to wellness program, group benefits, retirement plans, and HR practices.
  • Administer a master compliance calendar for required employee notices, related communications, and filings.
  • Manage the annual 401(k) and cash balance plan audit, serve as point person to the auditors, and file Forms 5500.
  • Provide retirement plan administration support to department leadership. Coordinate amendments to plan documents as needed.
  • Assist with management of the dedicated email inbox for employee benefit questions and provide employee leaves of absence support as needed.
  • Audit and process various group benefits invoices.
  • Process COBRA and direct bill enrollments with third party vendor.
  • Assist with annual enrollment project such as drafting employee communications, auditing eligibility, and system testing.


What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • 3+ years working in benefits administration, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Retirement plans, wellness program, and compliance experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to maintain effective relationships with a diverse group of employees and external partners.
  • Ability to flex between individually contributing and working collaboratively on a team.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 2 days a month in the office.
