JJOB DESCRIPTION:
The Head of Facility Management will manage the maintenance for all O GARA locations.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Years experience in Facilities
- of luxury retail is a plus
- degree preferred
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance management supporting ongoing needs
Responsible for dealership upkeep and business offices
Negotiate prices and contracts for maintenance
Coordinates vendor training initiatives and performance feedback
Maintain established preventive service schedules
Interfaces with Landlord and Government departments to adhere to lease standards and code policies
Upkeep of inspections (e.g. fire safety and elevators)
Travel to locations required to uphold standards
Assess forecast preventive measures and best practices
Sustainability analysis/efforts supporting LVMH goals
Manages regional, multi-regional/national vendors for facilities repair and maintenance. Prepares requests for proposal from regional vendors for preventive maintenance contracts. Troubleshoots specific technical issues for the vendors
Manages repair and maintenance in operating and capital budgets
Tracks and analyzes budgets and makes recommendations for action
Publishes internal reports
Establishes service levels for stores, equipment technicians, contractors and vendors
Engages/Coaches Operations on store condition & roles/responsibilities

Compensation: $90,000- $120,000 depending on experience
