Maintenance Technician - Bradley Professional, A Division of the Bradley Group

Bradley Professional is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a great company located in Brown Summit, NC

This is a Direct Hire Position!

Must be able to work all shifts to include 12 hour rotating shift (2/2/3 schedule).

Responsibilities:

Maintenance technicians should be able to install, maintain, adjust, troubleshoot, service and repair all manner of machinery, equipment and support equipment used in the production process both mechanical and electrical.
Electrical troubleshooting ( not necessarily all repairs) for a shift maintenance tech is 75%of the job.
Troubleshooting down to component level, replacing and rewiring as needed. This will include electric motors, motor starters and motor drives. Perform preventive maintenance on electric, and all other equipment.
Read electrical schematics.
This position will include pneumatic and mechanical troubleshooting, as well.
Mechanical responsibilities include replacing sprockets, chains, bearings.
Will be responsible for changing granulator blades and extruder dies.
Pneumatic work includes troubleshooting problems and component replacement. This would include solenoids, valves, regulators, filters, needle valves, etc.
