Valvoline has a rewarding opportunity for a full time **Inventory Control Coordinator** (ICC). The ICC will support the distribution center logistics and office needs, working alongside the Shipping Supervisor, Lead, and Material Handlers. The role will support the office, SAP functions, cycle counting and order planning functions of Direct Ship and Direct Market.

**How Youll Make an Impact**
In the role, you would be responsible for:
* Managing inbound receipts and tracking inbound inventory by coordinating with the supply chain planning team
* Processing warehouse paperwork (Print Orders, PGI, Shipment Completion, Packing Slip & BOLs) in SAP
* Cycle Count and Inventory Discrepancies
* Troubleshooting Post Good Issue (PGI) and Ship Completion Errors
* Packing, Picking, and Replenishing
* Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion
**What Youll Need**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of three years' experience in an office support role or in the office of a logistics company
* Must be highly organized
* Strong Excel background
* Ability to work with large groups
* SAP knowledge
* Must be good at multi-tasking
* Ability to sit and walk around the warehouse 40% of the day
* Ability to work with management and other areas of the operation
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
* Valid Driver's License
