The Broker Account Specialist will play a crucial role in facilitating open enrollment meetings, explaining group health plan offerings, managing employee communications, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of group benefit offerings, be highly organized, and excel in client relations. Present plan options, benefits, and coverage details clearly and effectively. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefit-related inquiries. Maintain a deep understanding of various group benefit offerings, including medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits. Produce proposals and Power Point presentations for open enrollment and renewal meetings to reflect benefit offerings. Complete implementation paperwork for renewal plan or new group business for 10+ employees to include: carrier changes, enrollment changes, BOR completion and EDI carrier feed set up. Assist with compliance needs.



Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of industry experience. PA Life, Accident & Health License Preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment. Proven experience in employee benefits, insurance, or related field. Strong understanding of group benefit offerings and compliance requirements. Spanish speaking is a plus!
