The mission of the practice is to provide high quality medical services to our patients. Duties:

  • All duties associated with managing a primary care panel of patients.
  • Shared call


Qualifications:

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant license in the state of Oregon
  • Master's degree
  • DEA Certification
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
