Job Details

As our Sales Specialist, you will work closely with our Practice Administrator to learn both administrative and patient care duties for the office and our clients. You will learn in depth information about the benefits of procedures patients inquire about and the tasks required to run the office on a day to day basis. Primarily in this position you will follow leads, answer phone inquiries, and be responsible for signing up patients for procedures. You will help respond to new patient leads by email, phone, and even social media. You will also learn to perform administrative tasks in the practice including taking payments, scheduling appointments and surgery and understanding the needs of the patients as they continue within the practice. Excellent phone and luxury style customer service skills are imperative. You will also complete other administrative duties as assigned.


Required Skills:

Candidate must be outgoing, motivated, display excellent interpersonal skills, and provide elite customer service. Should be a self starter and take initiative to continually improve performance. Flexibility to customize approach to meet all types of communication styles and personalities. Must be extremely detail oriented and work with a sense of urgency to be successful. Ultimately we anticipate successful administrative assistants to progress to higher sales and administrative functions within the practice.


High degree of organizational skills and an ability to multi-task.


1-3 years sales experience a plus*
