Customer Service Representative


Job Details

As the Customer Services Representative you will be primarily responsible of preparing contracts and building the relationship with our customers this role plays an integral part in our customer relationship network. They will be the liaison between the company and our customer. This individual will handle the day to day interactions with our customers and answer any key questions or concerns our customer will have. The position will collaborate with the department of sales, operations, and accounting to optimize sales, retention, and leads.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for a customer, and/or potential customers.

* Answer customers questions by phone and email.

* Enter contracts and bid documents into CRM.

* Prepares and forwards any draft bids for review and approval to executive leaders.

* Maintains contracting and bid records by making copies and filing documents.

* Perform follow up phone calls and emails with customers for status updates.

* Manage, file and handle paper work received from the customers and/or other departments.

* Update customers POC for scheduling service and billing information.

* Adhere to provision time frame on bid documents.

* Manage designated special projects set by managers and executive leaders.

* Work with the department on other task as they develop.

* Responsibilities are not limited to subject content. You may be assigned to other duties in addition.

* Work with Operations Manager in Dallas and Area Manager in Houston to forecast and schedule services

* Track and trace all active reports for Dallas and Houston

* Maintain positive working relationships and clear communication with co-workers and clients.

* Upselling additional services to existing clients

* Being involved in BOMA events for both Dallas and Houston

* Other duties assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

* High school / GED diploma required; AA preferred

* Customer Service skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

* Experience with Sales Force or a CRM preferred

* Great communications skills
