Ardent Communities is seeking reliable and hardworking Pool Attendants to join our team for multiple assigned properties. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the pool area, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests along with additional grounds keeping throughout the properties. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. We have properties all around the Columbus area, Marysville & Delaware! Job Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain the pool area, including the pool deck, furniture, and restrooms- Straightens pool furniture, cleans as needed, reports any broken or damaged furniture- Sweep pool deck, remove trash, pull weeds- Tests and balances pool chemicals- Document readings as required by local and state regulations- Cleans and vacuums pools as needed- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backwashing filters and cleaning skimmer baskets- Ensures safety equipment is present and in working order- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly- Grounds keeping work throughout property as needed, picking up trash, various small tasks- Other duties as assignedExperience:- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Flexible hours; seasonal work
