Lead UX Designer
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
A $100m VC-backed SAAS business based in the Bay Area is seeking a Lead UX Designer to contribute to a workplace optimization platform, providing real-time insights for productivity enhancement, space utilization optimization, and operational streamlining. The ideal candidate will ensure the platform's accessibility, user-friendliness, and scalability across healthcare, commercial real estate, municipalities, and educational institutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present comprehensive storyboards, prototypes, wireframes, and high fidelity designs to effectively convey design strategies and intricate behaviors.
- Advocate for user-centric design approach across the organization, through best industry customer research practices.
- Stay informed on industry trends, to present competitive analysis.
- Collaborate closely with executives, product managers, and engineering teams to produce successful designs that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
- 3+ years of UX Framework Ownership
- Experience owning design for data dashboards and visualization tools
- Proficiency in Figma or other collaborative design software.
