Activities and Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive office assistance, handling various clerical tasks and supporting functions.
- Greet visitors and enhance their visit experience as appropriate.
- Manage incoming calls, ensuring accurate message delivery.
- Exercise utmost discretion in managing sensitive issues requiring confidentiality.
- Create professional documents including presentations, agendas, reports, and projects.
- Draft and edit board meeting materials via MS Office suite.
- Assist in preparation of agendas and minutes for meetings.
- Uphold office efficiency through upkeep of common areas, filing systems, and supplies.
- Coordinate off-site events, dinners, and conferences as necessary.
- Coordinate travel as needed includes bookings and itineraries.
- Scheduling internal and external meetings, and special events for Executive Leaders.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
Skills and Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as administrative assistant
- Word 365 and Outlook
- Professional writing skills
- Customer service experience
- Non-Remote
- Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
