Position Summary
The Spare Parts Clerk will receive, record, store and issue spare parts and supplies in support of injection molding and automated assembly operations. The Spare Parts Clerk performs daily cycle counts, and inputs transactions to update inventory quantities, material issues, inventory adjustments and PO Receipts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform basic inventory duties while working in a team environment
Maintain spare parts inventory, Item Master and Auto Order attributes
Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders as required
Day to day activities will include calling and following up with vendors, and equipment manufacturers to get information such as cost, weights, shipping information
Print and manage outstanding PO report
Store inventory items neatly and in an organized manner
Operate hand truck as required to move items to designated areas
Pick, pull, receive and store materials from stock locations as required & accurately complete respective inventory transactions
Perform daily cycle counts, and input data into CMMS system
Maintain Min/Max in Item Master
Orders, replenishes, and ensures availability of needed materials completely and timely
Observe all safety and environmental procedures
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
Must be able to read and understand procedures
Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills, very detail oriented
Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent
One year experience in awarehousing, or inventory clerical position
ORACLE and CMMS experience preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age
High School diploma or GED equivalent

Travel Requirements
Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to occasionally move and lift objects of up to 50 pounds
