Position Highlights:
Location: Must live near our Burnsville, MN location for in-office training.
Training: Comprehensive 2-week onsite training program.
Work Flexibility: Enjoy the option to work from home post-training, based on performance.
Earnings: 1st Year $50,000+ and 2nd Year and Beyond ($100,000+)
What you ll Do: Sell premium luxury items at unbeatable prices, offer exceptional relationship-based service to our clients, meet performance goals, and attend all training sessions.
Training & Part-Time Schedule:
Weeks 1-2: On-site training (10:00am-5:00pm CST, Mondays thru Fridays)
Weeks 3+: Option to work in-office or work from home (contingent on meeting department key performance indicators (KPI) standards and management approval) In-office dress code is business casual.
Work Schedule Options: Thursday Tuesday (work at least 4 out of 5 days, up to 25 hours, must include one weekend day)
1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Compensation: Our 12-Week Training Bridge Program is designed to seamlessly transition you into your new role. During this comprehensive program, you will receive commission + a base salary, provided department key performance indicator (KPI) metrics are met:
Weeks 1-4: Commission + $20.00/hour
Weeks 5-8: Commission + $14.00/hour
Weeks 9-12: Commission + $11.00/hour
Weeks 13+: Commission + $8.00/hour
Requirements: We are seeking candidates with a High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2+ years of relationship sales and customer service experience, able to commute to our Burnsville, MN office for training. Demonstrated sales proficiency, excellent phone skills, and a passion for meeting sales goals are key.
