More about what your day-to-day may look like:
- Driving lean manufacturing
- Facilitating and leading process improvement teams
- Evaluating production costs
- Analyze department performance to identify ongoing improvement opportunities
- Lead daily meetings to ensure production demands are accurately met
- Supporting improvements to the facilities/factory layout
- Enforce safe work practices and promote scheduled safety audits
- Coordinate with purchasing to ensure necessary materials are procured
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires

Requirements:
- Previous supervisorial experience preferred
- Excellent project management skills supported by a team-based mentality
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
- High attention to details and facts
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
- Above-average process orientation skills with a focus on process improvement
