**About the Role**
IBF Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as the General Manager for New Hotel Locations in Dallas, Texas.

Our ideal contender will have a minimum of 3+ years experience as a General Manager with Select Service/Lifestyle hotel experience. Hilton experience preferred. Our GM will lead by example, take a kind and caring approach to others while encouraging open communication and respecting individuality.
Responsibilities include:
Ensure efficient operation of hotel through effective leadership and support of Sales, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, Engineering and Housekeeping departments.
Represent the hotel through active engagement with the local community by forging solid relationships/partnerships
Ensure revenue generation programs are actively in place and participate in sales efforts
Generate/prepare financial reporting as required by QHR
Ensure recruiting, hiring and training occurs to meet business levels
Establish and lead weekly meetings/daily stand-ups
Create team oriented environment focusing on employee development while motivating team to perform their best
Qualifications include:
Progressive experience in lifestyle hotel GM leadership of 3+ years
Previous Hilton experience preferred
Natural ability to build rapport with internal and external clients very relationship oriented
Enjoy leading by example
Creative/out of the box thinker
