Responsibilities
- Creation of regular Organic and Promoted Content in Canva
- Assisting with Job Postings to drive applicant engagement
- Assisting with our monthly Newsletters, Campaigns, and Audiences in Hubspot
- Updating and Maintaining our Company Website and Social Media
- Occasional Marketing based data-enrichment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 0 - 2 + years of work experience in data-driven marketing, graphic design, or similar creative field. (Open to a current college student or a recent graduate)
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to organize data in meaningful ways to help drive engagement
- Basic Excel Skills, familiarity with CRM systems preferred
- Desire to leverage data to improve systems and processes
