Salary Range: $80k-90k/year plus Bonus and Benefits.

About the role

  • the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the culinary team to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our guests.
  • will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, cost control, and sanitation.
  • will also assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of food quality standards for the outlets and banquets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • will collaborate with the restaurant manager and the sales team to create and execute catering and special events.
  • will interact with the guests to ensure a positive dining experience, solicit feedback, and build loyalty.

About you

  • have at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel.
  • have a passion for food and a flair for creativity. You are always looking for new ways to surprise and delight your guests with your dishes.
  • have strong leadership and communication skills. You can motivate, coach, and train your staff to perform at their best.
  • have excellent organizational and time management skills. You can handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • have a positive and professional attitude. You can work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
