Car Sales Representative/Consultant Job Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences

Utilize effective sales techniques to guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process

Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and benefits

Negotiate pricing, financing terms, and incentives to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities

Follow up with customers to address questions, concerns, and provide ongoing support

Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and exceed performance goals

Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings

Car Sales Representative/Consultant Benefits and Compensation

This position offers a performance-based pay plan. Our pay plan includes front-end commissions ranging from 20-35%, the possibility for back-end commissions, extra bonuses and spiffs, and an employee retention bonus that we add on top of Minis!

Qualifications

Car Sales Representative/Consultant Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen - THC not included in the screening.
