Position Summary
As the leading air force in the world, our aircraft must be as specialized as those who fly them. Our Trainer Pilots make sure of this by training our pilots to effectively command aircraft and aircrew through every possible scenario. They also train pilots on the latest systems and technology and supervise their flight simulator training, supporting them as they learn to protect the skies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review syllabus requirements, student progress and weather information.
- Ensure aircraft are inspected, loaded and equipped for missions.
- Pilot aircraft and command crew.
- Operate aircraft controls and equipment.
- Supervise training of aircrew.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of theory of flight, air navigation, meteorology, flying directives, aircraft operating procedures and mission tactics
- Undergraduate degree specializing in physical sciences, mathematics, administration or management
- Completion of Air Force Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training (SUPT)/Helicopter
- Completion of 7.5 weeks of Basic Military Training
- Must be between the ages of 17 and 42
