Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Recruiter in Chicago | Transition Consultant for Financial Advisors. The role involves recruiting, and transition consulting for investment securities professionals. The day-to-day tasks include cold calling to source and screening candidates, providing support throughout the placement process, and utilizing specific presentation and negotiation skills. This is an on-site role located in Chicago, IL.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in consulting and project management
- Knowledge of financial services firms and some insight of investment securities
- Ability to provide training and support to clients, candidates, and team members
