BW Fusion seeks a skilled Regional Business Manager (Sales Professional) to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving commercial sales, providing product education, and ensuring effective issue resolution for our valued customers. This RBM position reports to our Western Sales Director. This exciting opportunity will enable you to significantly impact our sales growth and customer satisfaction and foster strong relationships with our channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will undertake various responsibilities to ensure our customers receive the best experience. Your key tasks will include:

  • Dealer Sales: Collaborate closely with our sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets within your assigned region.
  • Product Education: Provide comprehensive product knowledge and training sessions to both existing and potential customers, enabling them to make informed decisions about our products and programs.
  • Issue Resolution: Be responsive to customer needs, making frequent visits, sometimes on short notice, to address any inquiries or concerns and ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Technical Support: Assist, coach, and train growers on technical problem investigation and implementation of solutions to resolve issues effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and current customers, service providers, and technical channel partners in your region.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales or business management within the agriculture industry, demonstrating your ability to drive results and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Sound knowledge of agronomy and the agriculture industry will help you deliver informed product education and address customer inquiries quickly.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team player who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the region to engage with customers and partners.

Position Location:

The ideal candidate would be located in or around the Des Moines, Iowa area. This job is a remote position; however, employees must be able to travel to attend in-person meetings when required. Also, must attend mandatory video meetings when scheduled.
