**Description**

Starkey is looking for a **detail-oriented Retail Marketing Operations Associate** to serve as the main connector, integrator, and analyst of the Retail Marketing + Retail Digital Marketing teams. This role brings together all parts of Retail Marketing to advance established business objectives and deliver superior results for Starkeys customers. The individual in this role will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in retail marketing; manage and report on workload across teams, and conduct data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the Marketing department. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelors degree required; marketing degree preferred

* 3-5+ years of marketing operations or comparable business experience in a corporate marketing or agency environment; demonstrated leadership of multidiscipline, high performance work teams/groups

**Our retail marketing operations associate will:**

* Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute, and report marketing activity across all channels and mediums

* Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact

* Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization

* Implement and manage the marketing analytics roadmap for internal and external reporting

* Monitor and maintain data quality within the Retail Marketing ecosystem

* Evaluate new technologies and applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance

* Create scalable processes to deliver effective and efficient results

* Establish processes to effectively manage proper billing and accounting of Retail Marketing programs
