Job Description: Human Resource Coordinator
Reports To: Director of Human Resources
Assignment Focus: We are seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our team. As a pivotal member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various HR functions. From onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of human resources management.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for onboarding new employees
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws
Generate quarterly reports
Assist managers with performance review execution and tracking
Handle administrative tasks related to terminations, unemployment claims, worker s comp
Manage yearly open enrollment
Manage and track employee assets such as computers, iPads, etc.
Organize corporate events and luncheons
Responsible for facilities management
Update policies and procedures as needed to ensure compliance
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Two years of related work experience
- General knowledge of human resource policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Highly organized and with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Salary & Benefits
- Salary will be commensurate with experience
- 401k with company contribution of $0.50 on the dollar up to 6% for matching
- First year 12 days paid time off, after second year 18 days paid time off
- Medical paid by employer at 75%
