We are seeking an experienced **Delivery Operators Manager** to lead real time operations and support teams for Delivery Operations. The role will set overall strategy and lead key workstreams impacting all Medly locations. The Central Delivery Operations team is tasked with innovating and scaling the Delivery function for all Medly and partnering with local teams to fulfill the delivery promise.

**This position can be based remotely from any U.S. location and may require occasional travel to Medly's headquarters in Brooklyn, NY.**

**What youll do:**

* Lead and develop a team of Delivery Operators, who are tasked with troubleshooting live deliveries working with Delivery staff and internal partners

* Manage head count and schedule team members to provide coverage at all service hours for all pharmacies

* Develop processes and build infrastructure for Delivery Operators operational excellence

* Identify operational and structural opportunities to improve existing or develop new processes for live order processes and operations

* Establish escalation protocols and prioritize functions

* Work closely with cross-functional leaders across product, operations, marketing and finance to develop a strong pulse on market trends, competition and opportunities

* Present analyses and findings to senior leaders and cross-functional partners

**What you'll need:**

* Bachelors degree in a related field

* 2 or more years of professional work experience in a related field (operations, consulting, strategy, analytics, tech, investment banking)

* People management experience, preferably with support teams or call centers

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and project management abilities

* Data-driven decision-making mentality, sound business judgment, and the ability to back your analysis up with relevant analytical thinking

* Strong collaboration and partner leadership skills - building deep, trust-based relationships with territory and cross functional teams

* Experience working closely and communicating effectively with a diverse set of partners in a constantly evolving, rapid growth environment

* Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast paced environments
