Property Manager w. USDA Experience Preferred, HUD Experience Accepted
This is a full-time position - 40 hours per week
Hourly Wage: $23/hour
The Property Manager will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations at assigned properties. Tasks include maintaining property rentals; marketing and filling vacancies; screening prospective tenants; and enforcing leases and securing premises. Qualifications include (but are not limited to) experience in:
- Overseeing Tenant Recertifications
- Handling Customer Service and Vendor Interactions
- Processing Move-Ins and Move-Outs
- Overseeing Monthly and Quarterly On-Site Inspections
- Supervision of On-Site Maintenance Technician
- Processing Monthly Purchase Orders
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time
Location Mekkah's Meadow
Position Requirements Qualifications:
High School Diploma required, Bachelors in related field (business, accounting, marketing, etc.) preferred. Real Estate and Property Management experience preferred. 514 or 516 experience preferred, Section 8, 202, and 811 experience accepted.
