Our client is looking for a CAD Designer to add to their team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in product design and development for a professional skilled in Creo. In this long-term contract position the right person can earn up to $40/hr.
Responsibilities of CAD Designer:
- Product development involvement from start to finish of projects
- Works closely with other design engineers, production and test engineers.
- Development of new designs and modifications
- Create CAD modules and detailed drawings from those designs.
Requirements of CAD Designer: - A.S degree in a technical/mechanical engineering discipline
- 3-5 years of experience
- Advanced proficiency with Pro-E/Creo.
- Proficiency with creating/revising production drawings, including detail and assembly drawings.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT).
- Ability to communicate clearly with other department on new and revised designs.
