This individual must project a professional company image through in-person, phone and written interaction.This position is responsible for general office administrative duties including:Assembling tax returnsDocument scanning and word processingVirtual file managementAnswering phonesInteracting with clients for pick-up of materialsCoordinating eventsOrdering supplies, lunches, and giftsOffice maintenance communicating with outside vendorsMaintaining positive office environmentAssisting other offices and administrative staff.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseIn order to be considered for this position, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentWhile this is an entry level position, some administrative experience is helpful (prior professional service firm experience a plus)Professionalism and reliabilityProficiency with general computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Strong communication and interpersonal skills including: excellent spelling and grammar, professional telephone and verbal communication skillsAbility to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as outside clients.
