As an Inside Sales Rep professional, it is your primary focus on growing new billed revenue, customer retention and renewals/upgrades. You will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals on activity, sales/revenue, retention and other key performance indicators. Contacts current and potential customers by phone email, social media to grow prospects and sales.

**Essential Job Functions**

* Generate new billed revenue, as well as retain existing customers seeking opportunities to provide additional products and renewal opportunities to assigned on-net targets

* Upsell and identify different potential solutions by understanding customer needs

* Create strategic customer relationship to maximize revenue potential from each assigned account

* Drive escalation of customer account issues, coordinate key resources in the escalation process, and project manage the customer issue through resolution.

* Track customer activity to identify churn risk and work proactively via targeted outreach campaigns to eliminate that risk, while simultaneously identifying and closing up sell opportunities when applicable.

* Manage data in company CRM and other systems

* Present funnels and forecasts to leadership

* Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met Complete and maintain certification in Company systems including ASPEN UC, Internet Access, LS Networks differentiators, Zoom Info, LinkedIn Navigator, NetSuite, Google Earth (KMZ) and all other necessary Microsoft Office programs.

**Qualifications**

* Strong communications skills both written and verbal

* Customer service skills and ability to respond and resolve to customer escalations

* Understands the sales process and account management

* Remote work, Home Office, unsupervised

* Ability to participate in a culture of winning

**Education and/or Experience**

* 2 years of sales development, inside sales, account management or customer services

* Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Product suite Excel, Word and PowerPoint specifically

* Telecom or technology MRR sales background preferred

* BA/BS in Business related degree preferred

**Compensation & Benefits**

* Total compensation target of $70,000 annually, depending on experience. This is a quota bearing and commissioned role.

*This position has the opportunity to work at our downtown Portland headquarters or our Vancouver office. Local candidates are preferred, however we will also consider candidates residing in the greater Pacific Northwest within our operating market areas including Central Oregon (Bend/Redmond), Southern Oregon (Medford/Grants Pass), Central Willamette Valley (Salem to Eugene), and Central Washington (Yakima/Tri-Cities).*
