** Job Description**
Moves material from Warehouse/Staging to assembly/pressing line. Maintains proper balance of materials at the line to ensure a smooth production flow.
**Accountabilities:**
* Coordinates and supplies components and bulk to the production line(s) in proper sequence.
* Verifies WIP (**W**ork **I**n **P**rocess) and components for movement to the Production floor.
* Moves WIP and components to and from the Production floor and Warehouse.
* Requisitions and scans WIP and components to the assembly line from the Warehouse using MFGO (**M**anufactured **F**inished **G**ood **O**rder) to ensure uninterrupted productivity.
* Prepares requisite paperwork for effective movement of materials.
* Counts and prepares records of balance for WIP and components for closeout.
* Follows all safety and good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
* Performs various other duties as assigned including assisting with the training of new employees.
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent or related experience.
* Good communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of English, reading and writing.
* Basic knowledge of arithmetic.
* Must be able to lift 50lbs.
* Must pass company physical, written and driving tests (as applicable).
* Must be able to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
* Must be available to work all shifts.
* Must be available to work in all Northtec facilities as needed.
**Equipment Used**
Hand Jack, RF Unit, Lodi ticket printer, Label printer, PC, Calculator, Tape machine, Scale. May be required to use Transporter.
