**CPG Retail Account Manager**

Rare opportunity to take a category leading product to retail. Our extensive product line makes us a leader in the health and wellness space, not just meal replacement shakes. We have opportunities to expand with all our product lines.

310 nutrition has been a leading DTC brand for almost a decade. Weve shipped almost a 1,000,000 orders just last year. We have a larger Facebook group and online social Community than the competing brands. Weve had hundreds of celebrities and huge influencers along with thousands of brand ambassadors promoting our 310 for 8 years, starting before the world of influencer marketing existed. We currently have 15+ full time relationship managers working with 1000s of 310 ambassadors. We are currently spending millions a month promoting our brand and getting samples in peoples hands. We ship thousands of sample kits a month with a measured 25% re-order rate. Over the last decade weve been able to hone down the flavors the market likes better than any brand. No brand we know of has produced as many flavors of clean plant based meal replacement shakes. Were vertically integrated. We ship and manage all our own inventory, create all of our own packaging and marketing, develop all of our own products and operate our own customer service onshore and offshore. We have a lot of innovative ideas that we feel can disrupt retail the way that we have disrupted online.

We outspend our competition on marketing and advertising in most cases if not all. We spend millions a month to fuel demand. We have close relationships with Facebook as we are a Facebook disruptor company along the likes of peloton, smile direct club and Goop. Having just over 100 people on the team we are heavily weighted on the marketing side with amazing talent.

**Job Duties of the Retail Account Manager:**

* Build and maintain relationships with buyers, brokers and distributors.

* Managing existing accounts and gaining additional placements within stores.

* Execute optimal AMPPS (assortment, merchandising, price, promotion and shelving)

* Provide regular updates on business performance and competitive challenges

* Provide strategic direction and guidance to broker team to support AAMPS planning and customer meetings own and present broker scorecard to track performance

* Ability to lay out practical and logical assortment plans based on retail space, inventory turn, and sell through

* Achieve sales objectives and specific volume goals through execution of account plans and brand strategies.

* Proven background that reflects being results-oriented. An experienced negotiator to accomplish results.

* Create and execute clear and accountable broker scorecard.

* Critically think through and solve internal/external business challenges in collaboration with partners
