**Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead business development and sales of commercial construction in the metro area.
The primary responsibility of the Construction Sales Manager will be to lead and manage business development and sales of commercial construction services in the metro area. This includes improving the Commercial Divisions market position and achieving financial growth by leading strategic planning and marketing for target clients, defining long-term organizational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Development, or related field preferred. Demonstrated ability to grow business development and strong communication and interpersonal communication skills required with extensive network of business owners, designers, and engineers within the construction markets. Positive attitude and professional customer service skills along with 3-5 years of marketing experience and strong social media skills is required. Experience leading business development and sales within the construction industry is a must.
