The Fauquier Health Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 113-bed center located on the Fauquier Hospital campus, offering nearby access to hospital and physician services. Services include physical, occupational, and speech rehabilitation; long term care and respite services.

*Minimum Qualifications:*
Virginia State Certified Nursing Assistant or CNA licensure acquired within 90 days of employment.
High school diploma or equivalent - Preferred
*Certifications:*
*Required:*First Aid (First Aid certification is required within 60 days of employment.)
*Preferred:*Basic Life Support (BLS)
