What you do:
You will be adept at reaching out and contacting customers to drive new sales whilst providing exceptional customer experience. As someone who is motivated and driven by working in a high performing environment the rewards are high and with our structured training and development you can achieve great success.
What you need:
* 1 year of telesales or other phone based sales experience
* Contact Centre or Call Centre experience - desirable
* Previous experience selling insurance or other comparable products
* Strong motivation in meeting and exceeding KPIs
* The ability to problem solve and encourage people to make informed decisions
* Good learning agility to be able to use multiple and sometimes complex computer systems
* Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Highly engaged and collaborative, you enjoy being a key member of a high performing team
* Ability to work from home; you must have a quiet, secure, and private workspace.
Working from home:
* Available to work from home Monday to Friday between 8am-8pm (AEST) on a rotating roster
* Internet: you need to have access to fast and reliable internet connection
* We will provide you with all the necessary hardware and software including computer, monitor, headset etc
