**We are looking to recruit Bakery Operatives into busy bakery working a continental shift pattern, we offer great rates of pay, plenty of overtime and a friendly working environment.**
**What we offer:**
With an average hourly rate of 11.34 rising to 12.21 as skill your levels improve. Our Bakery Operatives earn between 456.00 and 491.00 per week!
There is plenty of overtime available starting at 15.09 per hour and a new starter bonus of 150.
We are operating a continental shift pattern with 7 days off in every 14-day cycle - we are a 24/7 operating bakery, 12-hour shifts covering days/ nights and weekdays/weekends, on a two-week Rota. Shift patterns 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off. Shifts start times are 6am and 6pm.
