Position: We are currently seeking experienced Managing Partners, Shareholders, and Partners with portable books of business to join our esteemed team. This position offers the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment while contributing to the continued success and growth of our firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of legal professionals to deliver outstanding client service and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Cultivate and expand client relationships while leveraging existing networks to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys to facilitate professional development and enhance overall performance.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to develop and implement effective business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and promoting a culture of integrity and excellence.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Portable book of business (no minimum size required)
  • Active membership in good standing with the state Bar association(s).
  • Proven track record of success as a Managing Partner, Shareholder, or Partner with a portable book of business.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated business development acumen and a strategic approach to client relationship management.
  • Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal profession.
