**PAY: $18 per hour**
**Full Time: Must be able to work both weekend days with 2 days off during the week.**
**M-F: 11am - 8pm
Sat: 10am - 7pm
Sun: 11am - 6pm**

**Job Description:**
As a member of the Finance Retail team, you'll be in charge of assisting customers with completing transactions. Problem-solving skills are a must and you'll be responsible for helping customers with any financing inquiries they might have. This job is fast-paced and customer-facing. Other ways you'll communicate with customers is over the phone and via email.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Creates positive customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
* Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with customers and fellow Finance Team members
* Prioritizes various forms of customer interactions and job duties
* Explains the why behind company financing and transaction policies to customers
* Utilizes communication with different departments and resources to answer a wide variety of customer inquiries
* Answers phone calls and respond to voicemails in a timely manner
* Enthusiastically assists different departments with outbound calling initiatives for the betterment of the overall customer experience
* Answers emails and respond in a timely manner
* Values teamwork and creating professional relationships among coworkers
**Job Requirements:**
* High School or GED
* Cashiering, cash handling, or transactional experience required
* Phone or Call Center experience preferred
* Exceptional customer service & communication skills in person, over the phone & via email
* Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
* 10 key & typing skills
**Physical Expectations:**
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time
**Environmental Conditions:**
* Will work indoors
* Conditions may include hot/cold temperatures, dusty surroundings, and a noisy work environment.
