We are a well-established Independent Insurance Agency in Eastern CT seeking energetic, motivated candidates for an immediate full time opening in our Personal Lines Department.

**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative you will provide exceptional customer service to all clients. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Provide assistance with clients via inbound calls/email
* Receive phone calls from clients/carriers regarding insurance, claims, billing questions and general administrative tasks
* Servicing homeowner and/or auto insurance policies
* Update requests for changes to policies and other inquiries
* Be familiar with and follow agency E&O guidelines
* Maintain electronic files in an orderly, up-to-date manner
**Requirements**
This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant helpful attitude. Strong organizational skills and effective time management, along with computer keyboard skills and computer processing are required. Experience in all Microsoft products preferred. Ability to work independently and also be a team player. Looking for somebody motivated to grow with the company and willing to help their peers reach their goals.
A Connecticut P & C license is required, but will assist the right individual in obtaining license. Prefer experience working in an independent agency, however we are willing to train the right entry level candidates. Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced professional environment with continuing advancement opportunities available.
