Salary: up to $180K

Responsibilities

• Caseload management from file intake through trial in collaboration with supervising partner
• Legal research and writing
• Preparing and arguing motions
• Regularly handle court appearances
• Preparing for and conducting depositions
• Drafting and propounding discovery
• Time tracking and management
• Trial preparation

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of California
• 3 to 10 years of litigation experience
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability and willingness to collaborate with staff and colleagues at all levels
• A keen interest in professional development and growth
• A willingness to travel as necessary.
