Brock11 is currently seeking a Production Manager to join our client s team in Wentzville, MO. Our client is a leading manufacturer of products for the concrete and masonry construction industry in North America. This particular plant is an admixtures plant that operates one shift and oversees a team of 5-7 employees. $70,000 - $80,000 plus annual bonus of 12.5% of your salary (determined by education and experience)ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Produces a quality product by following established proceduresPerforms quality inspections per quality lab proceduresIdentifies and records any problems relating to the product, process, and quality systemSets the scheduled production requirementsConducts inventory checksConducts and/or directs plant personnel in production planning, loading and unloading operations, and maintenance of plant buildingPlans and executes procurement of raw materialsConducts data entry functions related to orders, inventory control, production and purchasingMonitors adherence to safety proceduresCoordinates customer service with productionHas oversight for plant employees as well as hiring and employee relationsAbility to track variances and communicate digitally is required
